Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options

1. General Information

These cancellation terms apply to all orders placed through the Loofahcrafts online shop. They complement the statutory right of withdrawal and regulate cancellation options prior to shipment of the goods.

2. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

• Cancellation is only possible while the order is still being processed.
• Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the statutory withdrawal policy applies.

We will confirm as soon as possible whether your cancellation request could still be processed.

3. Refund in Case of Successful Cancellation

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
• The refund will be processed within 14 days from confirmation of cancellation.
• No additional cancellation fees will be charged.

4. Partial Cancellations

Partial cancellation of individual items is only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped and can still be technically modified.

If partial cancellation is no longer possible, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.

5. Personalized or Sealed Products

For personalized products or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, cancellation may be excluded once processing or preparation has begun.

6. Automated Processing and Express Handling

In cases of rapid processing (e.g., during high demand or promotional periods), orders may be processed immediately after payment is received. In such cases, cancellation may no longer be possible.
